Get used to rents increasing by up to 7% a year

Economic forecaster BIS Shrapnel says tenants will have to "get used to" annual increases of between 5 to 7% per year in Perth, Brisbane and Sydney. Melbourne, Hobart and Adelaide will have 3 to 5% per year increases over the next 24 to 36 months.
