Customer satisfaction levels among all the major banks have droped significantly over the last year.
According to the lastest customer satisfaction report from TNS Business Finance Monitor, 73.9% of business banking customers were satisfied with their relationship with their main financial institution. However, satisfaction with the major banks managed to drop by a combined 6.7%.
St George suffered the worst decline of the nine financial institutions surveyed, with its customer satisfaction levels dropping from 85.7% to 70.8% in the 12 months to December 2009.
Bank of Queensland came first with a rating of 88.8%, while ANZ topped the majors at 78%.
