Westpac customers are dissatisfied

According to a News Limited survey of 3,000 bank customers, 18% of Westpac customers are happy with their bank, while 56% of Westpac customers said they thought the bank was moving in the wrong direction. Approximately 42% said they were dissatisfied with the bank.
