Home buyers are suffering from ‘fear of missing out’ according to a new study from a national real estate service. Appproximately 87% of people looking to buy, inspect properties for sale ‘just in case’ because they fear missing out on being able to buy a property they can afford.

The fear of missing out causes indecision and excessive time spent on property searches said Dr Chris Hodkinson from La Trobe University.
