City home values continue to climb despite rate rises

According to the latest RP Data - Rismark February 2010 Hedonic Home Value Index, dwelling values in Australia's capital cities have continued to grow by 1.4% over February 2010. this follows on from a 2% growth in January 2010. This means that in the 12 months to end February 2010, Australian capital city home values have increased by 12.7% after values fell by 3% in 2008.
